• We need a Learning Early Enrichment Program (LEEP) that consolidates and expands Head Start and other pre-K educational opportunities for children
  
  
• We should expand the tax credit for parents struggling with the cost of child care and offering financial incentives for businesses, schools, and community organizations to offer on-site child care
