• True homeland security means it is unacceptable that only 10% of the containers arriving at our ports are inspected and our water, chemical, and power plants as well as our financial centers, landmarks, and computer grid are insecure
  
  
• To maintain the strongest military in the world, we must be "PRO-soldier" by offering better pay, housing, death benefits, and healthcare to our soldiers
